H&M are looking for sales driven Visual Merchandiser to our online expansion
H&Ms online expansion continues.
H&M Online Sales is an expanding function and our global digital journey will continue in a high tempo with the opening of new markets in 2016. Our main focus is to maximize sales, profit and brand strength. Are you our next E-commerce Talent?
In this role you will work within our Global Visual Merchandising function with the main focus to maximize sales and profit for a specific concept in a specific online market. You will be responsible for "how" the sales driven actions should be implemented and presented visually in our online store. Commercial planning and follow up, analyzing sales and creating the best customer offer are all important responsibilities. Since we are an expanding and fast paced function your responsibilities will also include developing ways of working finding the best methods constant improve our online business.
Your background & skills:
• Business degree with 2-4 years of professional experience after your studies. Additional education/courses within e-commerce is a merit.
• Experience in working within retail
• Experience in working with sales, preferably within e- commerce.
• International experience from working and/or studying abroad.
• A commercial mindset and a deep interest in doing business with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Innovative with a strong motivation to constantlimprove and achieve your goals.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Leadership qualities and a deep interest in working in a team.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and oral.
