As our Visual designer, you will work in a team of UX designers and developers. Your role is to see the bigger picture of how and why - while at the same time keeping focus on the details that make the experience. You will contribute both with visual design skills and interaction design skills, on a conceptual level as well as all the way through production. In this role, you will be responsible for the design work in many of our projects - from gaming to sales concepts. To name one of many, your work will enrichen the e-sport with eye tracking.
Another important part of the job is being able to communicate design ideas and artifacts within the team and with stakeholders. Artifacts need to be documented appropriately to maximize the outcome for developers and other UX designers.
We are looking for someone who has
2+ years solid hands-on experiences in digital visual design and animation design.
Master of photoshop, adobe premiere and after effects or similar
Great understanding of interaction and concepts
The ability to quickly whip up design sketches for furthering the design discussion.
Sharp skills in analyzing and verbalizing design strengths and weaknesses
Experience in 2D graphics. 3D graphics modelling is highly meriting
An educationspecializing in a design related area
We believe you to be a gamer yourself, or have a deep understanding of the gaming world. Self-motivation as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills is also important to be successful in this role. If you have experience with 3D Studio max, Maya and/or Unity that is a great plus. We believe you like to work in a changing environment where you are always encouraged to learn from, and teach others.
