We are looking for a Visual Designer who passionately cares for pixel perfect digital products.
As a Visual Designer, you will be a part of Screen Interactions Design Team based in Stockholm. Together with the team you will translate user needs and business goals into pixel perfect visual designs and push the boundaries for tomorrows digital products and services.
More specifically we think that the Visual Designer works in these areas: Graphic and motion design, branding and identity strategy, illustration, photography, information visualization, iconography and user experience.
You will:
• Participate in cross-functional design teams through a collaborative design process to deliver prototypes, concepts sketches and final designs for our projects. You'll work together with our talented team of designers, project managers, engineers and sales to create award-winning solutions.
• Together with senior designers create and set visual design direction.
• Ability to rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; balance pixel-perfect design against low-fi design to optimize workflow and process.
• Assist our Project Leads to advise the client how to achieve world-class digital experiences.
• Present and motivate UI design decisions to project stakeholders.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience and qualifications:
• We would like you to have a 2-3 years experience of user interface design within the areas of consumer- and industrial applications for mobile devices, web apps/site, media, telecommunications, broadband or finance.
• You have experience in cross-platform (web/mobile/tablet) design and want to participate in defining tomorrow's digital services and products for a variety of technical platforms.
• Experience with user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• You have strong hands-on skills in design and crafting digital user interfaces. A passion for pixels, alignment, layouts, fonts, brand guidelines.
• A diverse portfolio consisting of creative work for web and mobile services that shows your conceptual thinking, user-centered methods and craft skills.
• Skilled in a variety of methods to communicate ideas and concepts using storyboards, animations, wireframes and prototypes.
• Expert knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketch, Invision, or similar.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, fluency in English. We are based in Stockholm so Swedish is a plus.
