Working at GIPS you will see your ideas become real products quickly. You probably have a research background within video coding or enhancement, or possibly image processing. Experience of real time implementation of your work is a definite plus.
Your work duties will include development of new video products for Voice over IP by taking new ideas all the way to complete products. The work also includes enhancements of current solutions.
Global IP Solutions (GIPS -

The company's patented technology solves for the general deficiencies of VoIP platforms and inherent problems introduced by wired or Wi-Fi networks, such as delay, jitter, packet loss, clock drift, acoustic and network echo. Requirements:
Qualified candidates will typically have a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and a few years of experience from work within this field or a PhD degree in video processing (or related fields). More specifically, we are looking for a person that fulfills the following list of requirements:
• PhD or MS degree with relevant experience
• At least 2 years work experience desirable
• Experience of algorithm development for video or image processing
• Strong English language verbal and written communication skills required
• C and C++ programming skills are desirable
• Previous VoIP experience a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meeting time limits are required
• Must be a team player
