Right now we are looking for a Vice President for Process and IT. We need someone who will lead the development of vision and strategy for the total Volvo CE IS-IT. We want one company view for our entire process and IT structures cross functionally. To get there we need someone that on top of excellent and profound IT & Process knowledge have really strong leadership skills. We are looking for an agile leader who is both a motivating influencer and a decision maker.
Main Tasks
• Responsible for laying out the Vision/Strategy for the Volvo CE Architecture, one company view
• Drive development of Process & IT solutions in line with and in support of business objectives
• Secure a decision making process around P&IT investments that optimizes Volvo CE's common strengths and supports profitability targets
• Manage Volvo CE P&IT project budget and project portfolio
• Develop a business culture in line with Volvo values and principles
• Proactively adapt to changing business conditions and take advantage of technological opportunities
• Secure participation and collaboration with Volvo Group activities for the benefit of Volvo CE and the overall Volvo Group
• Be a member of the Finance and Process & IT Management Team
• Have direct leadership of Vice Presidents and Directors

Relevant Experience
• At least 15 years of experience in a global environment within IS-IT
• Previous experience of driving global and complex change with
• Superior change management skills
• Strong business acumen
• Complex program management skills and process management/improvement key skills
• Strong competence in people management, developing and motivating both teams and individuals
