Then you should apply for the position as Vice President HR Permobil EMEA and become one of our key persons within Human Resources.
The role involves overall responsibility for developing and delivering professional HR support to our EMEA organization. Together with a team of HR BPs, HR Coordinators and HR Payroll- and administrators you drive and shape Permobil EMEA people and culture agenda.
You are responsible for budget, results, and personnel and you report to President EMEA and are a part of the management team for region EMEA. There is also a functional dotted reporting line to the Global EVP HR & Communication, and you are also part of Permobil's Global HR Leadership Team contributing within the strategic HR issues for the entire company.
Key Duties:
• Builds and leads the HR department for the EMEA Business Region
• Ensures that business objectives are met through HR procedures, activities, and management practices.
• Supports business leaders by defining and executing on global and local HR initiatives and strategies in all aspect of HR.
• Proposes operating plans for Human Resources in line with EMEA regional and global strategy and HR initiatives.
• Develops action plans and implements programs or work with country HR organizations wherever applicable and establishes controls which assure goals and targets are met.
• Shape and drive a high-performance culture within the company by making sure that the organization is manned with competent and engaged employees and has a professional leadership.
• Initiates and facilitates Leadership Talent Reviews
• Collaborate with HR Global to develop and manage HR policies and procedures that shape the employee experience and support business success.
• Drive the implementation and compliance of company policies and procedures that support our culture and help employees to succeed.
• Partners with business leaders for employee relations matters and legal issues relating to organizational risk.
• Ensure core HR responsibilities are handled consistently across the countries in EMEA.
We would like to have a coaching leader who represents HR matters professionally with a high level of personal integrity in an inspiring and confident way. You work goal oriented and structured with a high level business acumen.
We would like you to have a bachelor's degree in human resources management, management, business administration, organizational development, or a related field. You have several years of HR experience in progressively responsible leadership/management roles, if you also have international experience, that is a plus. You are a good user of program within MSOffice, fluent in Swedish and English and can express yourself both orally and in writing.
You will be employed full-time. This position can be located in Sundsvall/Timrå or Stockholm. Also, other locations where Permobil EMEA is located are possible e.g. Oslo, London, Dusseldorf and Paris. The position includes travel both locally and internationally.
