The VP HR has a strategic responsibility for the Division and is accountable for service and support with a primary focus on the Divisional Management team. The VP HR is responsible for shaping the employee experience, the culture and the leadership mindset in the Division. The VP HR supports and drives organizational development and change together with the managers. He/she coordinates and drives implementation of the Group Common HR Agenda, as well as the common Divisional agenda within his/her unit. As VP HR you will be accountable for ensuring delivery of both the service and the support to the line organization within a number of areas; these areas will include . Responsible for the competence management , including analyses, planning and development. This will include continuos follow up and reporting. . Responsible for the recruitment, which includes working together with the relevant line manager focusing on search, selection and interviews. . Assume the lead role in implementation of policies and guidelines, and for the coordination and implementation of HR projects and iniatives. . Responsible for HR Controlling, reviewing and analyzing in detail applicable reports and metrics giving relevant feedback where and when necessary. Analyze and use figures to develop the organization and decide on long-term solutions. . Responsible for coaching, where required, the managers in the relevant unit in the areas of people and leadership. This role will coordinate and drive the implementation of the Group Common HR Agenda, from entry to exit, as well as being a part of creating the common Divisional HR agenda, and securing implementation within your unit. The role requires cooperation with primarily Divisional HR teams and their HR Managers, as well as networking within the Group HR community. The role requires that you actively keep updated with trends and benchmarking within the HR domain (externally), and will be expected to communicate findings within the HR Leadership team. The role reports directly to the GVP HR. The role is a member of the Group HR Leadership Team for Autoliv.

A suitable person for this role is business minded and pragmatic with financial acumen, drives improvements in own area of responsibility and is customer and result oriented. The person has lots of energy, acts with integrity, is decisive and assertive, and inspires trust to build a strong personal credibility among managers, peers and partners. He/she is a strong team leader with high level of leadership skills and a coaching approach. The person has the ability to independently plan, prioritize and drive the HR agenda. . University Degree (MSc or MA) in Human Resources, Psychology, OD, Business or equivalent . extensive experience within the HR domain . international experience . fluent in English, written and spoken . fluent in MS Office applications and HR related systems The role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in the HR domain with experience in recruitment, development and training, compensation & benefits, competence and workforce management, and strategic planning.
