As VP, HR for International Mature Markets (IMM), you will be the primary HR business partner for the leadership team responsible for sales and service in our markets in Europe, Canada and Australia. In addition to this, you also will be principal HR Business Partner for our global quality organization (QRC). ArjoHuntleigh is on a transformation journey that will get us set for continued profitable growth.
Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Acting as the key HR business partner for the IMM and QRC management teams - ensuring that capabilities are continuously aligned with business priorities and that the people agenda is being executed
• Driving critical projects in IMM, QRC and across ArjoHuntleigh - including but not limited to capability building, engagement, compensation strategy etc.
• Leading a team of HR managers in the IMM countries - including but not limited to the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Australia etc.
• Contributing to the wider Getinge Group HR transformation journey (implementation of Successfactors and establishment of Country HR Operation teams and Shared Services in the major markets)
• Leading and contributing to various HR projects and initiatives in collaboration with your colleagues in the HR leadership team and the wider HR organization across our company.
The position reports to the President of International Mature Markets and in dotted line to the SVP, HR at ArjoHuntleigh. In the role you will be a member of both the IMM management team and the ArjoHuntleigh HR leadership team. The position is based in Malmö, Sweden and requires extensive travel (estimated at 50%), primarily to the IMM countries (Europe, Canada and Australia) but also as needed elsewhere.
The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have a relevant degree at a Master level and at least ten years of progressive experience from a senior level international HR role. It's a significant benefit if you have operational HR experience from more than one country. A substantial part of your experience has been as senior HR partner for a complex, international sales organization. You are driven by creating and deploying ambitious yet pragmatic and sustainable HR initiatives - and have the desire to do this in a culturally and geographically diverse organization.
