Job description
The position holder will work closely together with and support the VT Functions, Sales Areas and Markets to deliver a premium Volvo Trucks customer experience, build truck population and develop parts and service penetration through a consistently high performing dealer network.

Main activities and responsibilities
In close cooperation with VT Functions Sales Areas, the VP CRM & Operational Excellence is responsible to:
Build and lead a high performing CRM & Operational Excellence team in line with VT wanted position, strategic priorities and values.
Formulate the CRM strategy to support VT to become a true customer company and be the standard bearer for the customer retail perspective and take active part and drive key initiatives.
Support the implementation of the Customer processes (CM CRM REx) and supporting processes & tools across all Sales Areaas and Markets to grow truck population and develop service sales.
Manage & lead a Customer process forum, reviewing Rex and HTS results and providing continued focus for identifying process improvement and development. Actively contribute to sharing of best practice between Sales Areas and Markets

Lead, develop and manage the VPS process to gather and share best practice.
Lead develop and manage the Concept Dealer and guiding objectives intiative.

Profile
The role requires that you are a strong leader with a global mindset and strong customer focus. You are a collaborative team player with strong analytical capability combined with a creative spirit. You have the ability to lead change and influence through others.

Key Requirements
Strategic thinker with strong customer focus.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Customer Relationship Management.
International experience
Proven business acumen
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to provide insights as well as solutions.
Excellent project management skills.
Ability to stand pressure, multitask and to prioritize and delegate tasks.
Curious and open-minded. Experience of leading, mentoring and coaching teams to perform and deliver top quality services.
Strong drive with a proven track record of managing change.
Demonstrating leadership pipeline competencies at leading business level.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to create relevant development plans.
Good understanding of the international truck business as well of the Volvo Group Trucks processes and ways of working, especially in the field of retail.
A Master?s degree in commercial or technical area.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
