Job description
Following the decision to split Atlas Copco and let the organization grow into two separate
global groups of companies, the CTD division will split. The Hydraulic Attachment Tools business
including the related service business, will be moved from CR Business Area to the future
"NewCo" organization".

The Hydraulic Attachment Tools division will be managed as a separate division as from
June 1st, 2017 and we are now looking for a Vice President Controlling.

You will have an opportunity to join a highly professional team and actively contribute to the growth of the Hydraulic Attachment Tools Division. As Vice President Controlling, you are a key player in the division's development with focus on profitability and to deliver results in line with the given objectives. You will also be responsible for the reporting and follow up of the complete, current CTD division during this year's transition
from one to two groups of companies.

You actively support business management and advise the President and divisional management team in the area of business control from a global perspective. You ensure quality-assured and timely financial and non-financial data are available, and you provide early warning signals, evaluate trends, analyze deviations, suggest, develop and evaluate proactively activities/actions to support the divisional goals and targets. Part of your mission is also to secure that the Division operates in line with "The Way We Do Things" and to support Product Companies and Customer Centers in the area of business control.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Have a solid control of the divisions consolidated financial performance and make sure that the financial reporting and accounting practices of all customer centers and product companies reporting into the division are fully in line with The Way We Do Things and local legal rules.

• Collect and visualize high quality financial and business information to support the management to take correct strategic decisions regarding the business.

• Continuously analyze and follow up the business securing that trends of business are well understood throughout the division, that red flags are highlighted and action plans put in place.

• Manage the working capital of the division.

• Lead the planning process for the division.

• Actively participate in Business Boards and in CRM/BRM meetings of all entities reporting to the division.

• Secure that The Way We Do Things is understood and followed in all entities reporting into the division.

• Ensure the right policies and processes are in place and constantly revised and improved.

• Initiate, lead and participate in internal audits, follow up on action plans and take proper action to correct if required.

• Lead the financial evaluation of the division's upcoming acquisitions.

• Lead and participate in projects in the area of administration and business control.

• Manage and develop a professional highly competent team that operates in a good team spirit.

You will report to the Division President and be part of the divisional management team.
The position requires frequent travelling.

Experience requirements
In addition to qualified professional knowledge for the position, the successful candidate should have experience from and understanding of product- and sales companies, a broad business understanding, a strong customer orientation and a keen interest to broaden the scope of his/her capacity.

Educational requirements
A university degree in finance or business administration is required. Fluency in English is a must.

We are looking for a strongly result oriented leader with the right attitude, good ability to communicate and to effectively collaborate across boundaries, and the talent to build relations and networks inside and outside the organization.
