Candidate located in Göteborg (Sweden) are preferable.

Base salary and a exiting bonus model is to be presented.

Job Description

To be a successful Sales Representative and thrive at Ty Nordic you need to be an engaged and responsible person that drives and develops your customers with high energy and care. Your main task will be to establish, develop and maintain good business and customer relations with your customers, who can be resellers within different categories, such as gift and candy shops, pharmacies and cosmetic stores, book and flower stores, shoe and bag shops - your opportunities are endless!

You will start from home office and report to the local Country Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Find new customers and handle existing ones in your area;
• Daily existing customer visits (the goal is 8 per day), creating effective circles and cycles for the future visit schedule to maximize sales and create good exposition through customers' selling points;
• Enlarge Ty presence in existing customers' stores;
• Introduce new assortment lines;
• Maintain the plush displays at customers' stores, visit the stores with new plush samples to update the displays according to the need and refill them;
• Build great relationships with existing customers through regular contacts and communication. Teach them Ty merchandising rules to maximize sales and profitability within assigned accounts while maintaining perfect customer service;
• Provide Regional Manager with a weekly report, sharing personal insights for better results, on how to improve future work, visits, enlarge existing assortment and help boost sales.
