• Support the Excellence Programs (mainly Manufacturing Excellence) in various activities aimed at improving process/resource efficiency and introducing new and innovative technology in manufacturing.
• Prepare reports and conduct various analysis.
• Take part in developing digital initiatives for manufacturing within our Production Intelligence framework
• Support Supply Chain improvement activities
Some travel is required.
The position is located at the Group Head Office in Trelleborg, Sweden. You will be part of a small, highly dedicated team reporting to the VP Manufacturing Excellence.
Trelleborg AB are now looking for a high potential engineering graduate with a Master of Science degree, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineeringto join their team. If you are specialized in Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Logistics, have a drive for improvement and take interest in applications for new technology in manufacturing, then this could be the right challenge for you.
You are specialized in Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Logistics and you have knowledge in lean manufacturing principles. You are interested in applications for new technology in manufacturing (Industry 4.0). International experience is a plus. Excellent language skills in English, both written and spoken, are necessary and other language skills are a merit.
You are seen upon as a high potential candidate who are result oriented, analytical, and communicative. You are flexible, non-prestigious, self-motivated, proactive and like to take initiatives. You are also structured and you have strong project management skills.
