What you'll do
Proactively plan verification and streaming activities for custom bioprocess equipment for the verification team with 35 employees
Host planning meetings together with team leads in the verification team to execute an efficient planning and follow up activities within the team on a weekly basis
Actively communicate and report any deviations to verification plans with the larger project organization and stakeholders
Engage in planning meetings with production planner and resource planner to secure an efficient overall planning for CBS projects
Responsible for improvement projects with regards to planning to improve lead time, capacity and efficiency for individuals
Who you are
Structured and reliable with a passion for planning
Team player - Easy to cooperate with others
Communicative - Clear and precise communication skills
Natural competence to lead and encourage individuals to fulfil targets
Initiator - Takes actions for improvements within projects and ways of working
Qualification B.SC degree with relevant technical Mechanical/automation/engineering focus, or comparable level of competences
Good knowledge in Swedish and English, written and spoken
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheet software smartsheet
Experienced from verification, production planning, or design of work of products for the Biopharmaceutical industry
