As a Vendor Rebate Controller, you support the business organization in optimizing the earned vendor rebates, a key area part of Tech Data 's P&L. You will be working closely with the business to deliver accurate numbers in plan/forecast, actuals and accruals per month end close and you will be part of the Finance Department, reporting to the Nordic Accounting & Controlling Manager.

Your challenge
Proactively supporting the operations in optimizing earned vendor rebates.
Perform month end close activities in regards to earned vendor rebates.
Plan, forecast and outlook cycles in regards to vendor rebate.
Perform analyses and follow-up of vendor rebates.
Provide management with formalized reports and analyses.
Ensure usage of and quality in the vendor rebate tracker tool.
Perform relevant balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
First level of contact in regards to questions from EMEA/US related to vendor rebates.
Actively support team members, act as a team player and work for a good team spirit.
Your Background
You have an academic degree within economics or finance and a couple of years of relevant experience from financial planning and analysis or/and accounting. We value if you have previous experience from working within an international organization and if you have knowledge in SAP. You should be an experienced user of Excel and have professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
