Position description:
We are looking for an Engineer to work within the Vehicle Motion Simulation & Test team to plan and coordinate test activities on both component and complete vehicle level. The work is done in collaboration with development teams and test teams in Trollhättan and China. We are working with continuous improvement of our ways-of-working, and this role will be part of that work.
The role involve following work tasks:
• Create, develop and follow up test plan for concerned projects including type of tests, resources and environments to use
• Coordinate test activities for Vehicle Motion area between different departments and teams in different location
• Follow up execution and documentation of test results and issues
• Develop test methods and test cases, including automatic test cases
• Execute test cases and write test reports & issue reports
• Support in the development of requirements on vehicle/system and component level
• Support develop of MIL & HIL test environments, including environments for continuous testing
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in the role as test leader or test coordinator for project with embedded software development
• Experience in embedded software testing, preferably in continuous testing/automated software testing
• Experience in open loop and closed loop HIL testing
• Experience from systems with functional safety requirements and related standards, ISO-26262
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Ability to plan and prioritize and also delegate tasks
• Working in a structured and organized way
• Flexible to a changing work environment
• Driver license B
