We are now looking for a Vehicle Motion Test Coordinator!



Description

You will be part of the Simulation & Test team within Vehicle Motion, the highest considered priority area within the Powertrain & Chassis organization. The focus in our work is on the increasing role of software, to control the vehicle's 6 degrees of freedom. Not only according to the driver's intent but also in response of the vehicle's environment/surroundings, as well as to other systems. All with the focus on combine an exceptional drive/ride experience with the highest levels of safety, traffic and energy efficiency as well us user convenience.

As a Vehicle Motion Test Coordinator, you will coordinate, prepare and execute software test activities within the area Vehicle Motion Control. You will work closely with attribute owner and component owners to define test cases and also with the validation department. Your work will mainly be to plan and coordinate the testing within the department.



The role also involves:

- Maintain and develop test strategy for vehicle motion software & controls development
- Develop test methods and test cases, including automatic test cases
- Documentation and presentation of test results and follow up on issues Support in the development of requirements on vehicle/system and component level
- Maintain and develop test environments, including environments for continuous testing
- Participating in analysis of designs such as FMEA, FTA etc.



We are looking for someone who has:

- Bachelor of Science or higher degree
- Experience in embedded software testing, preferably in continuous testing/automated software testing
- Experience in tools like Canoe, TeamCity, SystemWeaver, CarMaker, NI TestStand, NI VeriStand, LabView
- Experience in open loop and closed loop HIL testing
- Experience from systems with functional safety requirements and related standards, ISO-26262
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Driver license for vehicle
