In this role, you are responsible of designing market-leading User Experiences for cars. Your profile could be leaning towards either UI or UX design, but with the understanding of the whole UX/UI process. Considering the whole scope of UX you are to challenge and innovate the way our users interact with the whole eco-system of products and services (in-car, exterior, external devices and services). You will work within the Interior Design and UX Design department. The UX team consisting of UX Designers, Graphical Designer and prototype developers. You will work in close collaboration with the Interior team, Advance Design team. You will also have close cooperation with Engineering, Marketing and Product planning.
Responsibilities and tasks:
• UX/UI Design
• Create world class graphics and/or experiences based on the customers' expectation and Lynk&Co
• brand values
• Drive for exploring new ways of expressing interaction in a traditional sector, breaking oldconventions
• Conceptualize your ideas in deliverable material with exceptional attention to detail and structure
• Make sure all deliverables are aligned with technical constrains and regulations
• Help making the UX departments vision as visual as possible
• Help merge the UX Design process with Interior Design process

• MFA/BFA in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or equivalent education
• 2-5 years of relevant experience within the field
• Proven track record with a strong portfolio
• Ability to drive, motivate and convince
• Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions
• Communicative with good verbal and visual presentation skills.
• Independent and confident as well as a good team player
• Structured, methodical, and analytical with good planning skills. Ability to understand and analyzerequirements from upper management.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and able to work under constrained time schedules
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian and European culture
• Experience of working in Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud
• English, spoken and written
• Driver's license
Additional information
Travels to Asia may be needed (approx. 2-3 per year).
