We are growing our Product team and are looking for a new UX/UI Designer to join us from our Stockholm office. You will be part of a small but skilled UX-team and together you will work closely with the Product Owners, as well as developers to make sure we deliver the best experience to our customers. You will be part of our hybrid workplace, which means you have the opportunity to choose to work remotely or at our office (to enjoy a free massage, team-building activities, and more).
What will you do as a UX/UI Designer at Hive?
First of all, you will get to work on a very cool an niche product by creating digital tools for professional use, serving some of the worlds largest enterprises. You will take part in the whole spectrum of both UX and UI design, improving already existing digital products as well as creating new ones. You will also get to be involved in setting structures, both regarding the products and way of working (exciting!)We also want you to be involved in setting up processes and tools to create insights in how our customers use our products. So if you enjoy the whole cycle within UX and UI, then this would be a great opportunity for you!
Who we are looking for!
In order for you to thrive with us, and in this role you have:
• A few years of experience with UX/UI, and working with digital tools
• An education within relevant field
• The ability to communicate regarding design with various of stakeholders
• Created/maintained a design system
• Basic knowledge in analyzing usage statistics
• You are fluent in professional English
• Preferably a portfolio you can submit with your application
Nice to have's
• Experience working with a SaaS product
• Experience from continuous improvement of an existing digital service
• Experience from setting up/defining framework for analyzing usage statistics
• Competence in UX-writing
