About us 

Digital Engagements (DE) responsibility is the channel development which covers online channels, phone and person-to-person. This concentration is intended to enable a more holistic development agenda as well as unlocking synergies across channels. DE will also build and nourish Swedbanks online customer relations, drive wallet initiatives and increase self service ratio.

About the job

In the role as a User Experience Designer  you will design innovative interaction flows and user interfaces for Swedbank’s digital channels. You will also create and give input to customer tests and surveys.

About you

• Designing and detailing their business requirements in the form of use cases and user stories illustrating interface layout, elements or functionality and flows/processes.
• Constructively review and detail wireframes from interaction designs made by their digital agency.
• Ensure that the interaction designs are consistent between projects and portals and always are best-in-class compared to device standards.
• See to that design and interaction guidelines are updated after each development project.
• Ownership of visual requirements user journeys and wireframes for performed development projects.
• Design and customer experience skills – You are extremely customer experience oriented and passionately interested in and updated in the UIX and design area both from a technology and a customer behavior point of view. You are creative and have experience in UIX design.
• Personal capabilities – You are always capable to deliver with quality even in a stressful environment. You care about details and structure at the same time as you have a holistic approach to your deliveries. You are full of initiative and constructive opinion. You are fluent in English.
