We?re looking for a Lead User Experience Designer, who can transform strategic analysis into powerful concepts and create innovative user experiences across digital platforms on both national and international projects.
Based in Stockholm, you?ll join our team of researchers, strategists and designers within service, product, brand, digital, interaction, and user experience design. You?re going to work in an international and playful environment with big, innovative brands alongside some of Europe?s most creative brains in a culture with an unparalleled passion for changing the world through exceptional design and problem solving.
You will
• Transform strategic analysis into powerful concepts and create innovative user experiences across digital platforms on both national and international projects
• Create wireframes, functional specifications, user journeys and scenarios
• Challenge projects and ensure high strategic and visionary standards of our work
• Ensure that our solutions are realised, implemented and delivered on a high level
• Participate in sales activities (meetings, quotations, etc.)
• Stay updated on the latest developments/trends/thinking within your field and share your knowledge and thoughts with both colleagues and clients
• Be a inspiration to other designers and support their professional development
You are
• A master or bachelor graduate in Information Science, Media Studies, or have a similar educational background
• A specialist within your field with 3+ years of professional experience with digital design, interaction design, technology and usability
• A user experience designer with a thorough understanding of business and (online) communication
• A genius with interaction design and wireframes
• Professional in use of Sketch and/or similar programs
• A strong facilitator and presenter
• An excellent communicator in English
• An enthusiastic and results-oriented team player with a systematic approach to your work and ambition for you, our clients and us
