hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced User Experience Specialist for our office in Stockholm. Being a member of our team you will get involved in challenging projects where you will help us create meaningful and delightful user experiences for both physical products, digital products and services. Who are you? You have 2 to 5 years of experience within the User Experience discipline You have a Master's degree in the area of User Experience, specializing in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Science or equivalent. Experience of working in the digital eco system of an physical product is a plus You are creative and you think outside of the box. You have a deep understanding of the user's perspective. You have a strong portfolio that highlights the user-centered process and your communication skills. Experience in designing complex interactions for physical products or/and digital products. You are confident discussing business opportunities with senior decision makers within customer organizations. You are structured, alert and love solving problems.
Your responsibilities Define the client's product or user experience strategy Drive the process to elicit, define and document user needs, business needs, and stakeholder requirements Be able to create high level concepts and detailed design Create prototypes of concept ideas and test them iteratively Coordinate project activities with internal customers and the project team Methodologies for validation and evaluation design Responsible for mentoring, motivating and guiding more junior members of the team.
Knowledge & Skills Prototyping skills (lo-fi prototyping, Hi-fi prototyping) Experience in prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Axure or similar Own a great range of Interaction Design Methodologies Experience and good understanding in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, QT, Arduino, Processing or similar tools is a plus
