The User Experience Expert's role is based on the active involvement of users to improve the understanding of user and task requirements, as well as the iteration of design and evaluation. It is widely considered the key to product usefulness and an effective approach to overcoming the limitations of traditional system-centered design. The User Experience Expert drives and performs activities within digital interface development, required for user-centered interaction design at MTG Tech.

As a part of the MTG Tech Product Team, the User Experience Expert is responsible for the digital interfaces for the Viasat website pan Nordics, managing the continued innovation and development of new and existing digital channels and the on-going sales and support through the full customer life-cycle. We think that you have:

At least 3 years experience of working in development teams
A relevant education from a tech and/or design field
Experience from visual tools such as Axure or Balsamic
Experience from working with agile methods and tools such as Scrum and Jira

The goal is to realize the digital vision, concept design, interaction design, design research, and quality control to create the future of the Viasat digital experience.
