UR har i uppdrag att spegla hela befolkningen med program för grupper som annars inte syns och hörs så ofta, som språkliga och etniska minoriteter samt personer med funktionsnedsättning. UR har cirka 230 anställda vilka huvudsakligen arbetar i Stockholm.

UR also runs Kunskapskanalen with SVT (Swedish Television) and broadcasts the SR (Swedish Radio) and SVT channels.
UR has been commissioned to reflect the entire population with programs for groups that otherwise would not be seen and heard as often as linguistic and ethnic minorities, and persons with disabilities. UR has approximately 230 employees who work mainly in Stockholm
About the role
The position offers a unique opportunity to work for an incredibly important function in society and take out the public service work further into the digital world! As a project manager in the unit for Web development, you will work with many different digital productions. On the one hand, project manager for the web and mobile applications, on the other hand, a business development role where you are constantly in contact with the organization to further develop and modernize UR's interactive services. UR are at the forefront of innovation regarding digital services, you are given opportunities to develop and do what you are passionate about!
As an UR project manager you will manage lead projects on both the Play Services to the general public but also lead product development of more niche services. The scope of the role is both one of the most enjoyable advantages and main challenges. You should be able to tackle both equally well. From there, it is you who create user-stories and manages the vital communication with system developers, where you really need to talk code and understand the developers' everyday lives. The development is mostly done in-house at UR. An important part of UR's work is to ensure full accessibility of its products to the public.Here you have the responsibility for the testing phase and ensures that the products reach their goals. You are a committed person with a desire to push the creative process forward. You are careful in your work and puts prestige in promoting the social benefits and make UR's content attractive, exciting and accessible to all UR's various user groups.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years work experience in managing development projects and web applications
• Experience from Agile Development and has worked with functional testing
• Have thorough knowledge UX for both the Web and Applications
• Have experience of working with requirements gathering and writing user stories, as well as effectively communicate these to developers.
• Knowledge about and a strong interest in working with accessibility issues.
• You are flexible and can quickly shift focus from operational to conceptual issues
