The Innovation and Local Applications Manager is responsible for the daily delivery of IT services to the business. You will work effectively with the team and support your stakeholders in any IT matter. The role is set in an international environment, and offers you a fun and varied work environment within a fast moving industry as well as loyal colleagues and challenges.
The Innovation and Local Applications Manager is responsible for:
• Business Partnering, Project Management and IT Planning
• Work with business stakeholders to understand Business requirements
• Engage with Global IT Innovation and Service Line
• IT Innovation
• Being the point of contact between IT and the Business regarding IT Innovation
• Legacy and Heritage Application Services
• Manage all local L&H applications
• Undertakes the regular reviews of L&H services
• Contract management and budget management of the entire L&H portfolio.
• Digital Marketing
• Managing and Ensuring agencies comply with agrees Unilever standards, local and EU legislation
• Partner local brand manager, Nordica Media Director and DMS
• Global IT Services
• Work with Global & Local vendors in delivery of Global services where appropriate
• Contribute to implementing key actions to address service improvement areas
• Participate in problem management activities within area of responsibility as required to support Service Line/Operations teams in resolving problems
• Work with business teams to ensure that the benefits of the existing service lines and new/updated services lines within area of responsibility are achieved
• IT Costs
• Compliance & DRP
• Adhere to governance & compliance framework
Who are you?
You are a straight forward person who are used to talk about IT related topics with people from the whole business and especially the management. You are confident and have strong interpersonal skills. Working independently and proactively comes naturally to you and you like to help the business better understand the IT processes. As a person, you are positive, have a welcoming approach, like customer service and can question the status quo.
Criteria
In order to succeed in this position, you should have strong communication skills and a proactive way of working. You can manage multiple tasks and projects on the go and you keep going despite having multiple tasks on your table. Since you will cooperate with different kinds of stakeholders, you are able to liaise successfully with multiple stakeholders and have good people skills.
You need to be fluent in English and Swedish will be considered a merit and you have a higher education within Information Technology. You are confident in IT processes and the project management methods and phases. You are probably someone who have worked at least over 5 years in a similar role. If you have worked in a Project Management role, it will be considered a merit.
