Are you our next Umbrella Project Manager for the upcoming Battery Electrified Truck?
As an Umbrella Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete vehicle delivery, in this case, to deliver our upcoming BEV truck according to the time plan and expected performance. You will guide our e-mobility steering group and decision-makers towards the right decisions at the right time, both on an operational level as well from a strategic perspective. You will be in close cooperation with our e-mobility officer and the Business Value Table for Goods Transport e-solutions.
You will have a great team of project managers and project coordinators responsible for different areas included to succeed with the complete Umbrella Project. You are expected to support and guide the team and make sure that we all reach the target in time. You will also have an Umbrella colleague to work closely with and to share the upcoming challenge with.
Your profile
We are looking for a strong servant leader. You are expected to show and lead the way in all sorts of situations, both for the team and for the decision-makers. You need to be comfortable challenging yourself, your team, colleagues and decision-makers. You need to be able to switch between many functional areas and perspectives, give support where needed and still keep the overall delivery on top of mind.
As a person, you are engaged, curious and well structured. With your eminent communication skills, you can easily interact with different persons in various positions within the company. You will communicate project status and needed actions regularly therefore you need to be comfortable with presenting and facilitating larger groups in English (written and orally).
You have a relevant education from the university, experience in product development and several years of project management. We believe that you need previous experience from Scania 's Product Development flow to be able to be successful in our fast-moving surroundings. We believe that you have excellent servant leadership skills and that you can handle complex situations within your project.
