Responsibilities:
• Responsible for interpreting recruitment needs from clients, finding suitable target candidates and seamlessly communicating this to the MD. This is the key driver for the growth of the business.
• Assist with research and expansion into other legal recruitment markets (BeneLux, Germany, Nordics), identifying target clients and assisting with BD activities.
• Assist with overspill of CV formatting and other research tasks on an ad hoc basis.
• Quarterly accounts, including client invoicing, liaising with accountants and payroll.
• Assess other business opportunities presented to the Company.
• Plan business trips for the MD.
This role is to be home based in the Stockholm area.
Fluent and natural English is a must, especially impeccable written English;
Familiarity with the UK law firm landscape, including but not limited to private equity, funds, finance and other specialist areas of the legal market;
Ability to make cold calls [in English] requiring confident telephone skills;
General accounting expertise needed to assist with the book-keeping for a fast growing and international company;
Strong problem-solving skills necessary to assist clients in filling their vacancy needs; and,
Excellent collaboration with the existing team a must.
