hela Sverige We're looking for a UI programmer to join our UX/UI team to work on an unannounced project. You will be responsible for creating and improving user interfaces. The perfect candidate will be responsible not only for implementing code and structuring scenes and prefabs, but also be involved in the design process. A key part of your success will be to collaborate with UX designers and UI artists, so that you can together achieve a very ambitious set of goals for the UI. If you are motivated by collaborative work and UI development, this might be the perfect opportunity for you

What Will You Be Doing?
Taking part in the design and implementation of User Interfaces ranging from text displays, HUDs, menus and game elements
Debugging the UI to ensure a stable product
Working in strong collaboration with UX designers and UI artists to create the best possible UI within a set timeframe
Be part of the complete feature development cycle; estimations, breakdowns and code reviews
Willing and capable to undertake non-UI related tasks when needed
Who Are We Looking For?
A demonstrable interest in UI and game design
A passion for making UI's accessible for everyone
Experience working with C++, as well as C#
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Someone who enjoys interacting with UX designers and UI artists to get the best possible result
Experience with developing UI for Console / Gamepad would be a plus
Experience working with XAML is considered a plus
Strong knowledge of UI design patterns is considered a plus
The ideal candidate has an interest in creating user-focused systems and is driven to iterate. As a person you are positive, dedicated, responsible, and love a challenge. An interest in strategy games, and in particular the grand strategy games from Paradox, will be considered a plus.
