Description

Are you a driver with strategic mindset, solid marketing and product management background and excellent in business under-standing interested in growing a new business for Tetra Pak?

As part of our ambitious growth strategy within Technical Service, we have established a team focused on expanding the Consumables business on a global level.

In this position you belong to a diversified and dynamic team with the responsibility to turn the growth strategies related to Consumables into reality. Your main role will be to develop, manage and drive successful deployment of one of the Consumables portfolios new assortments. In this cross-functional role you will work in a global environment and across the company requiring close collaboration with both cluster and market companies and Customers in order to succeed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive projects and activities related to growing Consumables sales in clusters and globally
• Develop and drive Product Business Plans, including product segmentation, product positioning, business & value proposition and features/benefits
strategy
• Identify new product and market opportunities that meet the company strategic objectives and support creation of product/market developments, product strategies and roadmaps
• Monitor and analyse market information (penetration, share, competition
• Monitor and analyse product financial performance throughout the entire product lifecycle, identifying key cost and revenue drivers
• Develop close collaboration with the sales channels in the clusters to ensure appropriate communication of Assortment
• Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and be the
competitor 'expert' for the Assortment
• Monitor and analyse the delivery success and quality of the Assortment

Qualifications

You are result oriented, driven and have an ability to inspire and create commitment across functions. You have a strong business mindset as well as excellent communication skills, being able to create buy in with important stakeholders. You are able to keep a holistic view as well as a detailed perspective. To be successful in this position you need to have a strong personal drive and be used to take on your own initiatives and work pro-actively to create results.
