The role
The main responsibility of this position is to manage the administration of back-office operations, including tasks such as financial payments, reconciliations, and month-end closing and reporting. Additionally, the role is a product owner of the monthly netting process and assumes responsibility for overseeing the internal bank and bank accounts in our cash pools. Your main tasks will include, among other things:
• Continuously controlling, confirming and matching all financial deals and timely executing all financial payments (FX and other hedged derivatives, interests, bonds, loans, sports payments, M&A) internally and externally
• Responsible for daily account reconciliation, update and control the internal credit limits and interest margins in the cash pools in accordance with underlying documentation as well as daily managing the cash pool top accounts efficiently
• Together with Middle Office write, manage and execute internal loan agreements and execute internal loans including all payments
• Responsible to compile and execute Treasury's month end closing and internal reporting to the stakeholders in the Group
• Ad-hoc services and support to our subsidiaries
What we're looking for
We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that's why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you'll have experience or personal traits as listed below:
• Solid experience from a similar role, preferably from Treasury or Bank
• Used to work with financial payments and EBS
• Pays attention to details and understands the concept of financial risk, e.g. FX hedging
• Has a structured approach to cope with set deadlines, often daily or monthly
• Good skills in Excel is favourable
• As a person, it is easy for you to take initiatives and ask for help when needed - after all, it's all about teamwork
It's a bonus if you have:
• A can-do attitude, sense of humor and the ability to work humbly with others
• Worked with systems such as Treasury Systems, Coprocess, Nomentia, Finastra and Euroclear
• Possibility to start as soon as possible
