Atlas Copco's Board of Directors recently announced a plan to propose a split of Atlas Copco into two world-class companies, Atlas Copco and Epiroc. We are now looking for two Treasury and Payment Solution Managers in Region EMEA in the Financial Solutions Team for the Atlas Copco Group.
Job description:
The teams overall mission is to ensure treasury and payment solutions business support to the entities within the EMEA region.
Responsibilities include
You will together with your colleagues support operation 's business in the region by offering financing and risk mitigation tools and ensure entities' compliance with Group Treasury policies and procedures. Your first focus areas will depend on the need from the subsidiaries in the region as well as your knowledge and competence.
The team is supporting the entities in the region with services in the following areas:
Cash Management
Funding
Bank relationship maintenance
Trade Finance
Supply Chain Financing
Customer Finance (mainly partner programs)
Financial Advice
Treasury Acquisition Integration
You will be involved in the day-to-day operations and will together with the rest of the team drive continuous improvement of routines, systems and processes. You are also expected to contribute and engage in projects.
You will report to Regional Manager EMEA, Atlas Copco Financial Solutions.
Experience requirements
As a successful candidate, you have experience of one or several of the offered services and functions, including treasury, cash management, supply chain finance and trade finance. You are fluent in English and have excellent computer skills, preferably an advanced Excel user.
Educational requirements
A Bachelor or advanced degree in finance, business administration or the equivalent is preferred.
Personality requirements
We are looking for a customer focused, well organized individual who is a team-player with an analytical approach to problem solving. The constantly changing market demand requires an inclination to continuously identify and adapt to new challenges and tasks. Ability to manage several projects and activities simultaneously, often with tight schedules and timelines, is necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
