Right now, we have a job opening for you in our finance organization as Travel and Expense Reimbursement Administrator.
Are you driven by taking responsibility and would like to be part of the work to secure compliance of our Reimbursement process then this position as Travel and Reimbursement Administrator might be your next role!
You will be part of our Travel and HR Accounting team which consists of 6 people, responsible for Travel, Travel & Expense reimbursements, Payroll and Pension & Employee benefit accounting. The team is a part of Global Finance Operations, where you will be a key contributor to the creation of the next generation Finance community - One Finance.
What you'll do
You will work on a daily base with quality assurance or the Travel & Expense reimbursement process and be a part of the process development work. You will also identify and reject out policy expenses and collaborate with all departments to ensure proper reporting of expenses. You will be responsible for the communication of expense regulations and other general information within the expense reimbursement area while supporting the Travel manager in various tasks.
Do you fit the profile?
* Experience working within the area of travel and reimbursement area is beneficial but not a must
* Basic accounting knowledge is beneficial but not a must
* Communicate clearly and with confidence
* Promotes and applies high integrity and professional ethics
* You must like to work with Ad-hoc assignments as well as working and guide the Operations in daily questions. Here at Volvo Cars you will be a part of a bigger Network community and strong communication qualities is important.
* Bachelor's Degree or similar required
* Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbally
