hela Sverige To join our team of consultants in the Automotive sector based in Sweden, we are looking for motivated and dynamic consultants with expertise on transmission & NVH for the automotive industry. They will play a challenging role and be key players in the success of our clients' projects.
As Transmission NVH Specialist you will support our clients by:
• Establishing of NVH measuring strategies and carry out NVH measurements;
• Creation of methodologies for NVH measurement and analysis;
• Performing analysis of data collected and creating conclusions from NVH measurements;
• Creation of solutions based on the information processed from NVH measurements;
• Defining the strategies to test and eventually implementing solutions to reduce NVH issues like gear whine, clonk, rattling, shifting noise etc.
• Giving advice on the performance of NVH measurements for the test bench;
• Creation of time plans for the NVH activities;
• Reporting in a concise and structured way the time plans, progress and results from NVH studies to the management team;
• Coordinating the activities between measurements and simulation;
• Coordinating the cooperation with the NVH vehicle team;
• Being in contact with the suppliers across Europe and outside Europe as well (traveling involved).
You have a Master Degree from an Engineering, or Science School or equivalent University Program, with minimum 10 years of professional experience with sound and vibration measuring and analysis systems, signal analysis (for example: Head Acoustics) and also an extensive knowledge in transmission NVH such gear whine, rattling, clonk, shifting noise etc. within the automotive sector.
A good understanding of the transmission development process is as well required.
You are proactive, have good communication skills and capable of working in a multidisciplinary team towards a common goal. You are proficient in English (written and spoken). Swedish would be a plus, but is not mandatory.
