As a Receptionist, your primary focus will be to give a professional and service-minded first impression of the Company and to assist customers, partners and other visitors as well as colleagues in relevant issues.
As an individual you need to be organized, structured and have the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments. You also need to be able to work independently as well as in a team.
Job description:
• Daily handling of incoming and outgoing e-mails, phone calls and mail.
• Visitor's administration.
• Organizing the front desk and telephone switchboard to be adequately manned during business opening hours.
• On a daily basis secure that the conference rooms and the Company's guest rooms are in order.
• Ordering beverages, fruits, snacks and office consumables.
• Supervising and controlling the cleaning service personnel.
• Management and organisation of legal documents under the supervision of the Company's Legal Advisor.
Qualifications:
• Secondary education - 3 years.
• Excellent English skills - spoken and written.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience of administrative, service and support related work.
• Preferred, but not mandatory, experience in handling legal documentation.
