Mission/Purpose of the Job
As Training Delivery Director at Volvo Group University (VGU) Sweden, you will be responsible for training delivery operations in Sweden and Russia. You will report to VP Delivery and be part of the global VGU Training Delivery management team as well as the extended management team of VGU. You will be a member of the Swedish HR Country Committee and the manager for a team of approximately 15 persons in Sweden and Russia.

Your mission will be to fulfill the VGU Training Delivery responsibilities such as:
• Manage the training delivery operations
• Drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Active participation in development of common way of working within VGU
• Secure regional VGU support to local business perspectives and processes
You will drive the local stakeholder network and communicate with local business (HRBP 's, end-users, training participants, HR Center of Expertise, HRCC and other relevant organizations).

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
As Training Delivery Director you are responsible for:
• Training Delivery
• Drive the sites training delivery organization to facilitate sites specific training deliveries
• Actively promote the VGU offerings and related marketing / information activities to ensure enrolment
• Drive efficiency improvements
• Follow up of KPIs like customer satisfaction, training volumes, seat fill rate, cancellations etc.
• Secure input for efficient invoicing

VGU training Volume Plan
• Validate VGU volume plan created by VGU Academies
• Secure delivery resources for VGU portfolio
Gather local business needs and new requests
• Gathering and prioritization of local business needs
• Forwarding of needs to VGU order office
• Secure resources and head count for training development projects participation.
• Special requests (not part of VGU training portfolio)
• Secure agreements and financing for local deliveries through service level agreements (SLA) with local business
• Secure resources and head count for SLAs

Educational and/or Training Qualifications and Certificates
• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, HR or equivalent
• Leadership competences on Leading Leaders level

Experience and Knowledge
• Minimum five years of management experience from senior positions
• Extensive experience from global and regional delivery of different product offerings, preferable learning offerings
• Ability to articulate a compelling vision and set the strategic direction and common agenda for the function
• Ability to lead with strong implementation skills
• Demonstrate a combination of business acumen, an understanding of Volvo Group business needs and relationships with relevant partners in the region
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage teams in a global organization
• Excellent management, organizational and project management skills
• Excellent change management, communication, interpersonal and networking skills
• Interested in building new business and entrepreneurship skills

Technical/Functional/Language Skills
• Ability to work effectively with the Volvo Group strategy, its organization and values.
• As English is the corporate language, proficiency in the English language is required. Swedish language is a preferable.
