Our trainee programme is focusing on leadership training for you to become one of our future leaders and it runs for two years. From day one, you will get a full time role on permanent basis and become a vital part of our daily operations. Throughout the programme, you will have a personal mentor and you will stay in frequent touch with our senior management. We focus on both professional and personal development, including educational training in project leading and processes like Lean Six Sigma. Job Requirements
• Master's degree in Engineering
• Maximum 2 years of working experience after completed studies
• Innovative and curious mindset with high adaptability and ability to learn
• Strong problem solving skills and leadership capabilities
• Great ability to collaborate, communicate and build relationships
• Insightful, self-aware with a strong drive
• Highly agile and flexible to different situations, cultures and people
• Extracurricular activities such as summer work, sports, politics or voluntary work are considered a merit
• Fluent English and minimum basic Swedish, other languages are a merit

Additional information
The application process for our trainee programme is open until March 10, 2019. This year's programme starts September 1, 2019. The trainee positions are based in Sundsvall with project assignments not only in Sundsvall but also in Örnsköldsvik and Alby. At these three locations we have a total of four important and successful production sites. Projects assignments will be both in engineering, RD&I and manufacturing.
You are employed on a permanent contract on full time basis.
