The trainee program lasts for two years. From day one, you will get a full time role and become a vital part of our daily operations. You will get the chance to run projects that will improve our business and truly make a difference.
Throughout the program, you will have a personal mentor and you will stay in frequent touch with our senior management. We focus on both professional and personal development, including educational training in project leading and processes like Lean Six Sigma. We make sure that you get to know different roles, functions, and sites within our organization. Together, we set up clear, ambitious goals for your next career step. Our ambition is to give you a flying start.

Master's degree in Engineering
Maximum 2 years of working experience after completed studies
Innovative and curious mindset with high adaptability and ability to learn
Strong problem solving skills and leadership capabilities
Great ability to collaborate, communicate and build relationships
Insightful, self-aware with a strong drive
Highly agile and flexible to different situations, cultures and people
Extracurricular activities such as summer work, sports, politics or voluntary work are considered a merit
Fluent English and minimum basic Swedish, other languages are a merit
