If the answer to these questions is 'Yes', the GKN Driveline European Graduate Leadership Program (EGLP) could be just what you are looking for! We are now looking to employ a trainee for graduate training within Industry 4.0.
We are offering superb opportunities for top graduates to benefit from an individual development plan, personal attention and flexible approach in preparation for a future career inside GKN, one of the world's most dynamic engineering groups. The EGLP program lasts for two years, split into four 6-month assignments in your home country, Sweden Köping, and at other GKN Driveline locations in Europe. The program comprises project work, experience in the workplace and focused training and development.
On completion, the graduate will have a permanent position within the company in Köping in Manufacturing Engineering developing KOP processes within the scope of Industry 4.0.
To apply you will need the following:
• A 3-year bachelor's degree in engineering or similar, or a master's degree
• Excellent English language skills; a second language will be beneficial
• Up to three years prior post-graduate practical experience desirable (beneficial for bachelor's degree candidates)
• Flexibility and an open-minded interest in other cultures
• The willingness and ability to work internationally
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate and translate theoretical knowledge into pragmatic solutions.
• A natural internal drive for performance
• The ability to plan and administrate
• Good communication skills and the ability to hold presentations
• Good skills in leading other people

• Team building
