hela Sverige You will coordinate the Trainee program with focus on our units in Ludvika, and your responsibilities would cover various topics in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure success of the Trainee Program at the Ludvika site: you will be the contact person for the Ludvika trainees, building relationships in order to best support their development, and ultimately retaining them at ABB. As an important linkage to the Trainee Program, you will support important Employer Branding initiatives related to the Swedish trainee program as well as various recruitment events and activities. You will be part of the HR community in Ludvika and work closely together with the Swedish Trainee Program Manager.
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or other related field
• Previous full-time experience working in human resources is required, preferably at least 3 years of work experience
• Preferred experience in recruiting, talent management, or learning & development
• Previous experience in an international, engineering-related company preferred but not required
• Focus on building relationships and trust, and keeping confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
• Strong self-initiative and leadership instinct
• Solution-oriented individual who is comfortable taking ownership, and with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to manage many different stakeholders
