As a trainee, you will be given the opportunity to both lead internal projects focused on improving our business as well as working as a consultant at our customers. At the start of the program you will be assigned an internal project which you will complete during the program. As the program progress, you will switch to working more with our customers and get training in the consultancy role.
Learn from our specialist
During the trainee year, you will work closely with our specialists in different areas of quality and regulatory affairs. You will get the opportunity to learn quality management in areas such as product development, manufacturing, purchasing and aftermarket as well as on a strategic level e.g. Quality Management Systems. Our specialists will support you and be a part of your team during the consultancy assignments as well in your internal development projects and training program.

You will be based at our office in the center of Gothenburg with our sister companies' part of Vinngroup. You will meet an exciting mix of people and cultures, with researchers, software developers, engineers, brand strategists, IT-specialist and other entrepreneurs. Your profile
Education and skills
• Master's degree within engineering, Quality, Pharmacy or simulair with a strong academic record
• Work experience from internships and other relevant jobs is highly meriting
• Other extracurricular activities are also considered a plus
• Professional proficiency in English is required, Swedish in meriting.
