www.haanpaa.comTo expand the current team in our Helsingborg office, we are looking for an experienced traffic planner, who takes care of our customers orders and helps in growing our intermodal business in the coming years. You are in close contact with the other Haanpaa offices in the rest of Europe.
Key tasks:
• customer service
• handling our orders from A-Z
• order follow up
• booking vessel, trains and trucks with our service providers
• order administration
Requirements:
• good communication and commercial skills
• customer focused
• flexibility
• ability to look at total picture and act upon
• experience in logistics is a requirement
• solution focused
• no 8-5 mentality
• good English & German is required, other language skills are beneficial.
• to work independently, but also as a team player
• basic software skills eg. MS Office
The position reports to the operations manager.
