You may currently hold the position of Business Controller with experience in FMCG or a similar industry and feel ready for a new challenge. We welcome both experienced candidates and those considering a transition from the financial to the commercial side.

Subsequently, you will develop recommendations that drive improvements in both sales strategies and margins.

As the Trade Promotion & Revenue Manager, you will also work with iconic brands such as Nutella®, Tic Tac®, Ferrero Rocher®, Raffaello®, Kinder Bueno®, and Kinder Surprise®. Location: At our Nordic headquarters in Malmö.
In the role of Trade Promotion & Revenue Manager...
you will become part of our Trade Marketing Team, working cross-functionally with close collaborations with Sales and Marketing, among others. You will work with the Nordic markets, allowing you to work broadly while also having the opportunity to become a specialist. Your focus will be on everything related to our offering. Proactivity is a keyword for this role, as your analyses will form the basis for everything from pricing, volumes, campaigns, product launches, discounts, and offers.
Assume a leadership role in formulating and executing impactful strategies across the following domains:

Promo Strategy: In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive promotional strategies. Leverage your creativity and analytical skills to contribute to the success of our iconic brands.

Promo Efficiency & Tracking: Be at the forefront of our marketing efforts by conducting meticulous post-promo tracking. Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future initiatives. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that each promotional activity delivers maximum impact.

Promo Funds Allocation: Take charge of strategically allocating promo funds to maximize their effectiveness. With control over the budget, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every investment contributes to achieving the best possible results. This is your opportunity to make a direct impact on our promotional success.

Trade Margin Tracking and Customer Profitability: As part of your responsibilities, you will oversee trade margin tracking. Actively monitor and analyse customer profitability, leading the development of activity plans to enhance their value for the company. Your strategic insights will be key to fostering strong and mutually beneficial relationships.

Gross to Net Optimization (trade terms): Your expertise in understanding the build-up of product calculations will be instrumental in ensuring an optimal allocation of conditions and discounts. Analyse product costs, margins, and pricing structures to uphold our commitment to quality while achieving desired profitability.

As a Trade Promotion & Revenue Manager, we believe that you...

Have a relevant academic degree, most likely in economics.

Have several years of experience in a similar role, such as Revenue Manager, Business Controller, or Category Manager.

Are excellent with numbers and possess analytical skills.

Fluently speak and write in English.
