Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (WWL) is looking for a candidate to work as a Trade Performance Analyst within its Ocean Operations Trade Performance division. The position is located in our Stockholm office within the Ocean Operations Center and reports to Head of Trade Performance. Main Responsibilities: . Create and deliver the best possible quality voyage financials and KPIs. . Analyze variations and deviations towards targets and recommend performance improvement measures. . Ensure consistent reporting and corporate control within global guidelines. . Stewardship for standard costs, conversion factors, reporting hierarchies, mappings, metadata, and all other operations data (supported by resource centre). . Support other TOC functions in understanding performance drivers and result impacts. In particular, you will be responsible for: . Creating and following up the voyage calculation on a monthly basis (Estimate) . Consolidating the budget & forecast & estimate . Consolidating and gathering ad hoc performance data . The Voyage Closing Process . Recognizing result deviations and makeing those transparent . Analysing budget/actual/forecast . Identifying performance improvement measures . Post Voyage Analysis & Ad hoc analysis
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. . University degree, preferably within a science, economic or mathematical major. . Excellent knowledge of Excel. . Excellent ability to extract information in Coda, SAGA and Contempus. . Advanced ability to use Strata and Cognos. . Advanced ability to produce monthly result. . Advanced ability to prepare forecasts. . Advanced ability to produce operational budget. . Advanced ability to develop solutions and suggest changes to processes based on root cause analysis. . Computer literate. . Understanding of Corporate Compliance. . Cross cultural understanding. . Great team player and good spirits. .
