Arbetsuppgifter
To support the trade team in respect of, but not limited to:
• Monthly trade results reporting and analysis, KPI monitoring, identify patterns and derive improvement initiatives thru analysis and best practice implementation.
• To ensure the freight is paid in due time and minimize the outstanding and do the documentation work for certain customers not covered by group documentation team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage or participate in any trade initiative requiring data analysis.
• Perform ad'hoc analyses, reporting or presentations as required.
• Seek and implement best practices in performance management within and across trade teams.
• Consolidation of budget & forecast & estimate and data creation in system.
• Consolidation and gathering of adhoc performance data.
• Responsible for Voyage Closing process / creating Charter Base.
• Recognize result deviations and make those transparent.
• Analyse Budget/Forecast/Estimate.
• Identify performance improving measures.
• Perform and lead Post Voyage Analysis within the team.
• Create and deliver the best possible quality voyage financials and KPIs.
• Support and provide team guidance and support in implementing performance monitoring tool related to voyage results, product and contract deliveries.
• Provide tool to understand trade profitability and reckon threshold for Pricing guidelines.
• Work with Trade Performance analyst on other trade units to share, derive and implement best practices.
• Be back-up for Trade Performance analyst on other trade units when required / needed.
• Credit control management to minimize the freight outstanding.
• Issue the invoice and bill of lading if necessary for space charter / NMT / Ship express and/or other customers when it is required.
Utbildning/Erfarenhet
• Computer literacy(Excel, PPT)
• Analytical thinking with experience of data analysis
• Result Oriented
• Attention to details
• Able to work independently as well being part of a team
• Able to prioritize workflow to meet deadlines and have a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
