Job description:
The position consists of two parts; Trade marketing coordinator for Nordics as well as Sales support for Norway. As a Trade marketing coordinator, you will be providing trade marketing and shopper activation support to the Nordic markets. The other part of the position requires a close working relationship to the Norwegian sales team. The position will report to Nordic Trade Marketing Manager in Sweden.
The role of Trade Marketing Coordinator consists of:
1. Based on trade marketing strategy; develop in-store and campaign material for all Nordic markets in close cooperation with sales reps, products managers and sales managers. This includes briefing, evaluating quotes, proofreading and creating sales presentations.
2. Full responsibility of our display process from start to finish including evaluation of material and suppliers, packaging instructions, article numbers, analyzing profitability, provide recommendations, packing tests etc.
3. Coordinate all trade fairs including planning, set-up, analyzing results, follow-up and recommendations.
4. Coordination of product catalogues and trade folders; idea, creation, proofreading, printing and delivery on time.
5. Support TM Manager in various day-to day business areas.
The role of Sales support Norway consists of:
1. Full responsibility of weekly activities regarding Master data which includes electronic display catalogue, continuous updates of pricelists, assortment lists and order lists.
2. NOBB and customer registrations.
3. Report of weekly sales figures and updates of costumer data.
4. Operational sales material, customized for DM and communication. Content marketing on our costumer's homepages and updating their picture banks.
The position is based in Sweden but will be working close to the Norwegian market and sales team. Therefore, it 's an advantage to have experience from the Norwegian language and/or market. There is some administrative work for both Trade Marketing and Sales support, such as purchase order creation and paying invoices.
We expect:
1. University degree or diploma in business administration or similar.
2. Experience from FMCG sales or a Trade marketing position is welcomed but not decisive.
3. Be focused on delivering results and possess a passion for winning at the point of purchase.
4. Be an effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You master Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have a good understanding for all Scandinavian languages.
5. You recognize yourself in the following key words: analytical, structured, creative, focused on team spirit, unpretentious and with your feet on the ground and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Communicative and goal- and results oriented with a positive attitude.
6. You are sales orientated, have a high sense of responsibility and accountability, able to keep up with several projects in a busy and dynamic work environment.

This role is a 12 month temporary assignment, based in the Nordic headquarter in Staffanstorp, with a good chance of becoming permanent in the future.
