Unilever is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager for our Refreshment category based in Solna
The Trade Marketing Manager will be an important part of the sales team and will be responsible for in-store marketing for our Refreshment category In home (ice cream and drinks consumed at home) including world leading brands like Ben & Jerry's, Lipton, Magnum as well as our local well-known brand GB Glace. Your responsibilities include developing and producing in-store sales materials with advertising agencies and print houses. This requires timely cooperation with different stakeholders to ensure all elements are delivered on time in full. You will support our field sales team and merchandisers by producing sales tools and materials and train demonstrators, as well as plan and execute events and other promotional activities. You are also responsible of below the line (BTL) budget management.

We are looking for a sales & marketing person with great drive and ambition who wants to learn the business and in the future take on bigger roles and responsibilities. If you have previous experience from executing in-store marketing and sales materials it's an advantage, but most important is willing to learn and a good eye for what looks good in-store.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED/HAVE:
• Master's Degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. in sales, marketing, or management)
• 1-2 years working experience after graduation - preferably from Trade Marketing
• Passion for sales and marketing
• Good problem solving skills and a "can-do" attitude
• Result/business oriented mindset and energetic personality
• Great internal drive and takes ownership for tasks and sets own goals
• High accountability and responsibility
• Excellent project management skills
• Flexible and pro-active attitude in a dynamic and changing environment
• Good Excel and Power Point skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
