We are now looking for a Tool/Die Designer, Press shop!
Your work may include;
• Overall responsibility for implementation of die design changes in Siemens NX for product changes that affects our in-house press dies including updating the documentation and final check before start machining,
• Investigate what affect the product changes have on the die designs: - are the changes technically possible to implement in the present tools
• what are the consequences
• Investigate possibility for adaption of press dies from external customers into NEVS process,
• Feedback of proposed improvements on product design for streamlining,
• Develop and improve our standards for the press dies.
We are looking for someone who has;
• University engineering education or equivalent experience,
• Experience in engineering design, for press dies,
• Experience from processing machines
• Experience from working in CAD, preferably Teamcenter/NX,
• Prior experience of MS Office.
Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written.
To be successful in this role you need to;
• Be solution orientated and have the ability to solve problems,
• Have ability to prioritize - and find creative solutions,
• Self-initiated, fact based and result driven,
• Have functional technical skills, and be able to listen to others.

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
