Job purpose
As a Payroll Specialist you will work as a part of HR & Payroll team to ensure timely and quality payroll preparation and calculation and daily deliverables of excellent services to a portfolio of assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain payroll computation for multiple clients and ensure high standard of compliance and accuracy;
Prepare deliverables and ensure high standard of compliance and accuracy to assigned clients according to client's SOW;
Ensure collection of payroll processing documents and other input accounting and tax information in due time;
Check the input payroll input data documents for compliance with the local regulations and the contracts;
Perform field work if required, collect and prepare the file necessary for the obtaining documents required by TMF or client;
Review and check the accuracy of entered input data & output results - review deliverables to the clients;
Maintain good client relationship and attend to clients' requests and queries professionally;
Handling employee queries and facilitating in meetings between client and employees;
Assistance with hiring and termination and preparation of the documents required;
Manages relationship with clients and relevant bodies by obtaining necessary documents and attending meetings with clients / going to client's premises if necessary;

Key Requirements
A candidate with 3-4 years relevant work experience is preferred;
Resourceful, independent and strong problem-solving abilities;
Knowledge of Hogia+ is an adventage;
Communicates effectively through written or verbal communication both in Swedish and English;
Attention to details and good organizational skills;
Experience in a similar role or business with good client servicing skills is preferred.
