Job assignments
To establish cardiomyocyte- and organ- cultures from mouse in order to study release of cTnT from living cardiomyocytes. Flow cytometry, immunofluorescense microscopy, molecular biology, biochemistry, cell culture (human cells, mouse cells
Qualifications
The applicant should have strong background within the DNA-damage field and radiobiology Further, the applicant should be experienced in flowcytometry and immunofluorescence microscopy for detection of DNA-damage response and radio-sensitivity in cultured cells and patient lymphocytes. Experience in cellculture and method development is also required.
The application should contain proof of completed PhD.
Employment
The employment is limited (temporary) full time 100% for 12 months with placement at the Institute of biomedicin. First day of employment as agreed.
