Mission:
Ensure the procurement of operations material by communicating orders to suppliers (TitanX & External), suppliers' securing delivery performance and quality of execution, and monitoring inventory levels: Plan the procurement of raw material with respect to requirements from Master Plan (MPS) and/or Purchasing quota-arrangements, quality & efficiency standards of the information flow and constraints driven by logistic cost reduction and inventory optimisation objectives; Secure ownership of the suppliers' execution versus TitanX procurement plans, and take corrective measures where required (in collaboration with other TitanX departments) ; Manage and optimise inventory levels by balancing safety stock & other MRP parameters versus risk of production shortages / customer service rate.
Main responsibilities:
Plan the procurement of materials. Optimise the Material Resources Planning (MRP). Maintain, review and transmit firm orders & delivery schedules to suppliers. Control & improve the performance and quality of suppliers' delivery. Collaborate with Physical Flow teams to optimise physical flow, ensuring respect of standards for. Optimise the inventory level. Own and improve the logistic conditions with suppliers. Participate actively in projects.
We are operating in a global market working on global projects in close corporation with TACO. Our environment is intense due to competition and this is what we like.
With the rapid mutation of vehicles from internal combustion engines towards electro-mobility, it is important the Material Coordinator has in-depth knowledge in Automotive cooling.
The position is based at our site in Mjällby, Sweden, Supply Chain. Swedish or European working permit is an advantage. We also encourage and welcome female candidates.

Requirements for the role:
Education & Professional experience:
Bachelor or Master degree (Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing or Engineering)
and
3-5 year experience in Supply Chain (planning), Purchasing or Financial Controlling
Competences & Skills:
Result-driven, proactive & able to work under pressure to resolve crisis
Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers / obtain expected results
Team-worker attitude to secure internal projects
Analytical & IT skills (extract mass data, review & analyse to improve system set-up)
System & Languages:
IT: Good SAP & Excel skills.
English: Good level mandatory to communicate with stake-holders (internal & external).
Local language: Not required, but a plus.
