hela Sverige You will be part of a high end technology project with the goal to develop and verify complex circuits and designs. The position involves taking responsibility for the specification, design and layout of high quality applications and systems.
Requirements
• Detailed circuit design at RF and above frequencies: mixer, and/or IQ modulator/de-modulator,
and/or LNA, and/or synthesizer, and/or PA
• Expertise in BiCMOS, or SiGe HBT, or GaAs HBT, or CMOS or SOI RFIC design with skill
to include in the RFIC circuits from design to mass production
• Experience with multi-chip modules and passives integration
• Good team players with self-disciplined, proactive and motivated
